...management is amazing they always take care of things right away can't say I have any complaints  would recommend anyone to lease here promise you won't regret it!! Best three years have been spent living here.

Living at Crown Forest is great! I have lived here over 2 years and it is set back in the woods and is so quiet and safe. The maintenance is continual. The pool, waterfall, sidewalks, landscaping, everything is well cared for. Residents can even make their own flower bed outside their first floor apartments. The office staff has always taken good care of my needs. They are so patient receiving packages for the tenants and never make your feel like you are bothering them. I know my neighbors in my unit and we are like family. The apartment is truly the best in Lufkin and I would recommend it to anyone and I have.

Maintenance staff are always polite and courteous and work is done correctly and in a timely manner.

Celinda is an amazing manager.  She is very thoughtful and always follow through.  Bravo to her and her leasing consultant Alex!

I have been a resident here since 2009. I have always been happy with the management team and the community in general.

We are very pleased with our apartment and rest assured knowing that if a maintenance issue arises, we can contact the office for maintenance. We feel we received a great deal on our home with great value added including the resident activities (even though our schedules prevent us from attending as much as we like), the amenities, the guest apartment available to reserve, and the location of our home in close proximity to all the surrounding neighborhood attractions. We are Happy Campers Here!!!
