Maintenance staff at Sterling Springs are always very polite, friendly and respectful.

Casey went out of her way to make sure my move-in was taken care off.

Luis is very prompt and good at resolving maintenance issues.

Amy was very friendly and helpful.  Thank you so much for the best customer service.  Please keep this up because you don't get to see this in other places.

We are very pleased with our apartment and rest assured knowing that if a maintenance issue arises, we can contact the office for maintenance. We feel we received a great deal on our home with great value added including the resident activities (even though our schedules prevent us from attending as much as we like), the amenities, the guest apartment available to reserve, and the location of our home in close proximity to all the surrounding neighborhood attractions. We are Happy Campers Here!!!

We moved in to our apartment in March, 2016 and have continued to enjoy living in the community for 14 months.  All of our visitors locally and from out of town enjoy the property and walking thru the first floor to see the pictures of the transformation.  Danita and her staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Danita worked with us while we were moving from out of State - helping us to choose our apartment over the phone and making our move very easy!  They organize fun community events inviting everyone to join for dinner or gatherings.  It's been a great experience and I recommend this community!
