Casey went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

Living at Crown Forest is great! I have lived here over 2 years and it is set back in the woods and is so quiet and safe. The maintenance is continual. The pool, waterfall, sidewalks, landscaping, everything is well cared for. Residents can even make their own flower bed outside their first floor apartments. The office staff has always taken good care of my needs. They are so patient receiving packages for the tenants and never make your feel like you are bothering them. I know my neighbors in my unit and we are like family. The apartment is truly the best in Lufkin and I would recommend it to anyone and I have.

The maintenance and office staff are the best I have ever experienced. They are always prompt and helpful. We love 9th Avenue Station.

Apartment is great and front office staff if very friendly and helpful.  We have an apartment with an attached garage and it works great for us.

...management is amazing they always take care of things right away can't say I have any complaints  would recommend anyone to lease here promise you won't regret it!! Best three years have been spent living here.

After spending a full Saturday looking at different locations to call home, I'm quite glad to have found this apartment complex. First, the leasing staff is second to none. They went far and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible and always a  pleasure to speak with.

Kim has done a wonderful job of answering all of our questions and concerns. She suggested other options to make sure we got the apartment that we needed.

Maintenance staff are always polite and courteous and work is done correctly and in a timely manner.
